How to Make Ground Chicken Stir fry
Start with ground chicken, be sure to defrost if frozen
Then prepare all your vegetables for chopping. Chop finely the red, green, yellow bell peppers.
Along with an onion and set aside.
Meanwhile in a large frying pan add 2 tbsp of sesame oil and then fry the ground chicken till slightly browned
Once cooked, remove and set aside
Then in the same pan add the peppers and onions and sauté over medium heat till tender, adding in the chicken stock, soya sauce, brown sugar and seasonings.
Toss back in the ground chicken and fresh cilantro.
Serve hot, enjoy!

This Pork and Cabbage stir fry recipe is keto, however you can also serve it alongside rice or quinoa if desired.

HOW TO MAKE PORK AND CABBAGE STIR FRY
Start with ground pork
Then in a large frying pan add 1 tbsp of cooking oil and then fry the ground pork till slightly browned
Once cooked, remove and set aside
Then chop some cabbage and place that in the frying pan with 4 tbsp of water and your oyster and soya sauce.
Sauté till soft then add back in the pork and cook all together for 5 mins.
Wash some lettuce and place in the bowl as seen in the picture and add the pork/pepper combo
Top with chopped peanuts and green onions.

If you do not have beef bone broth on hand you can use stock.
HOW TO MAKE STEAK STIR FRY
Start by slicing the steak meat against the grain and place in medium size bowl.
Add in cornstarch and 3 tbsp of bone broth marinade in the fridge for at least 30 minutes prior to cooking.
Meanwhile, chop your vegetables then set aside.
In a large wok heat the sesame oil then add in your marinade steak, garlic and fresh ginger.
Stir fry till near cooked then remove and set aside.
Toss in the vegetables along with the beef bone broth, soya sauce and seasonings.
Stir fry all together and stir fry for 2 more minutes before serving.

1/2 cup of beef bone broth
4 tbsp of soya sauce
2tbspsesame oil
1tsp onion powder
1tbspfresh ginger
1 tbsp fresh garlic
1 tbsp black pepper

You want the internal temperature in the thickest part of the thigh to be 180*F. However, slow and a low heat is best. To prevent over cooking. I like to cook this duck at 325 f for 60 minutes!

HOW TO MAKE BEEF CHOW MEIN
Start by boiling the Chow Mein noodles, then strain and set aside. The brand I like to use can be seen below, it is very low in sodium and healthy! You can always use fresh as well!
Next, fry the Chow Mein noodles in a little bit of vegetable oil.
In a separate pan, fry vegetables till soft in beef stock.
Pour in the sauce and add some sesame seed oil and sauté for a few minutes till everything is combined and hot.
Serve and enjoy!
The hardest part about making homemade Chow Mein is “chopping those vegetables”.
Once you have that part done, the rest comes together in a snap.

This Chinese Eggplant with Minced Pork Recipe is just like something you would find at your favorite authentic Chinese restaurant.
With the addition of rice, which makes it into a stir fry that your going to love.
Whenever we order Chinese food, we order from restaurants that make it as authentic as possible.
So if you ever go to one of those restaurants you are sure to find this dish on the menu.
Typically it is made without the rice, but will be served on the side.
I like to make with the dish for the added flavor as opposed to serving just plain white rice on the side.
HOW TO MAKE CHINESE EGGPLANT WITH MINCED PORK RECIPE
Start with a pack of minced pork and 2 Chinese eggplants.
Start by dicing the eggplant into bite sized pieces and transfer them into a bowl of water, cover the eggplant in water for 15 minutes. Adding a pinch of salt!
Then strain out the water and set aside.
Marinate minced pork with minced ginger, garlic, salt and Chinese cooking wine. Then set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in wok and fry the eggplants for 8 minutes until the eggplants become soft.
Transfer eggplants out and leave the oil in.
Add the marinated pork into the wok and cook till no longer pink.
Remove and set aside.
Add the rest of the cooking oil in wok and fry the (day old rice) for 5 minutes, before adding in the green onions. Return the eggplants along with fried minced pork, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil.
