This Beef Vermicelli Stir Fry is super easy to make and absolutely delicious!

Beef Vermicelli Stir Fry

It all comes together in less than 20 minutes too, making this a quick weeknight meal that the whole family will enjoy!

This is another recipe, that will be added to my “Skip the takeout” page. I hope you give it a try!

You do not need to be some highly skilled chef to make asian dishes like this.

Trust me it is easy as one, two, three to pull together.

HOW TO MAKE BEEF VERMICELLI

  • You will want to start by bringing a large pot of water a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Before adding in the dry vermicelli noodles.
  • Allow the noodles to soak in the hot water for 3 minutes till soft then strain and set aside.
  • In the same pot add the hamburger and mushrooms along with 1 tbsp of butter and saute till cooked and browned.
  • Add back in the cooked vermicelli, beef, mushrooms, and green onions.
  • Toss in the *Sauce and stir fry all together for 2 minutes before serving.

Today you can find many different types of ways to prepare this popular dish, this is my take on it.

I hope you give it a try and let me know what you and your family think.

Beef Vermicelli Stir Fry

Some people like to make this dish with shrimp, chicken or pork.

And others like it purely vegetarian, which is good also. You can find some of my other favorite vermicelli recipes on this blog at the bottom of this post. Or simply search Vermicelli in the search bar at the top of this site!

Other vegetables that would work great in this dish is: peas, sliced carrots, bean sprouts etc.

Wanting to make it more Spicy? Simply add in some “Garlic Chili Sauce” so good!
