PORK AND CABBAGE STIR FRY KETO
This Pork and Cabbage stir fry recipe is keto, however you can also serve it alongside rice or quinoa if desired.
I just love the Oyster sauce addition to this recipe, it gives it that real Asian taste. Toss in some white pepper too that and it is absolutely delicious! f you want to make it from scratch you can try that recipe here: Best Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
HOW TO MAKE PORK AND CABBAGE STIR FRY
- Start with ground pork
- Then in a large frying pan add 1 tbsp of cooking oil and then fry the ground pork till slightly browned
- Once cooked, remove and set aside
- Then chop some cabbage and place that in the frying pan with 4 tbsp of water and your oyster and soya sauce.
- Sauté till soft then add back in the pork and cook all together for 5 mins.
- Wash some lettuce and place in the bowl as seen in the picture and add the pork/pepper combo
- Top with chopped peanuts and green onions.

Ingredients
- 500 grams of ground pork
- 1 cup of chopped cabbage
- 1 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp of Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp green onions chopped
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp of cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
