WHY IS BEEF STIR FRY HEALTHY

Because it is made with lots of vegetables and high quality protein

Also, this recipe calls for beef bone broth making it even more healthy.

If you do not have beef bone broth on hand you can use stock.

This easy and healthy dish is something the whole family will love and works so good for those busy weeknights.

You can use just about any type of vegetable in this recipe as well.

However, it is best to use a good cut of steak or stir fry steak as those cuts offer a tender meat.

PEPPER STEAK STIR FRY WITH NOODLES

You can serve this over chow mein noodles or rice if desired or just as in on its own.

IS PEPPER STEAK STIR FRY SPICY

It can be as it has garlic, ginger and pepper in it.

So it depends on what you call spicy!

Want to spice it up more? Add more pepper or some red chili flakes.

Also if your on a low sodium diet, like me these days.

Opt for some low sodium soya sauce like the kind you see in the picture above. It is excellent!

Today you can find many different types of ways to prepare this popular dish, this is my take on this delicious recipe.

I hope you give it a try!
