How to Make Caesar Salad Dressing

This recipe will teach you how to make the best homemade Caesar Salad Dressing eva!

Who does not love Caesar salad? Really it is one of the most popular salads in the Whole World.

Often it is served with croutons as well, however when I am making it at home. I tend to omit them for a more keto type salad.

You can go ahead and add in some dried bread for your croutons if your wanting or try something pre made.

IS CAESAR SALAD DRESSING KETO FRIENDLY

Mine is because I omit the Worcestershire sauce and Croutons.

I do this by preference also, however if you want to add those ingredients I have provided the ratio of them below for you.

ARE CAESAR SALAD DRESSING VEGAN

No, however you can make yours vegan simply by adding vegan mayo instead of hellman’s mayo and cut out the anchovy paste. However it will definitely taste different, so I will leave that up to you.

WHAT’S CAESAR SALAD DRESSING MADE OF

My Caesar salad is made of Hellman’s Mayonnaise, fresh parmigiano reggiano cheese, dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, anchovy paste, fresh garlic and is seasoned with salt and pepper.

Some people like to add Worcestershire sauce also. I choose not too! I suggest taking a tsp once it is made and adding a drop to that and tasting it to see whether you want to add some.

If you do, feel free to add anywhere from 1 tsp to 1 tbsp to the dressing.

Then you will want to add this dressing to the most crispy Romaine lettuce you can find !

And wulla you will have a classic caesar to enjoy in know time.

I have made a few other homemade favorite “Dressing” recipes on this blog that I will share with you all below.

Their simply is nothing like making your dressings at home from scratch!

So what makes this a good caesar dressing? Personally it is the ingredients. You will want to use quality ingredients and traditional ingredients. No fillers, that you will see in most of those bottles dressings.

I know longer by those store bought Caesar dressings and neither will you GUARANTEED!

Once you try this recipe at home. You will even be question how you thought those other store bought varieties where really even cesar at all.

Other ingredients that can be add to this salad are:

Simple satisfying, healthy and delicious.  You’re sure to feel great after eating this low carb protein packed salad.

Now don’t get me wrong I love carbs, but I also believe that in order to enjoy them.

I have to also enjoy not having them sometimes. And when summer rolls around, I try to limit them more for the sake of my figure.

I’ve been trying to cut out as many carbs as possible these past few weeks, because swimsuit season is right around the corner and I have to keep up with my buff partner.

He’s been hitting the gym a lot these past few month and since I pretty much just walk the dogs to stay in shape.

I knew I had to do a bit more now that I’m no longer in my 20’s anymore and the weight just seems to keep creeping up onto me now much faster.
