I believe that is because most people think of Turkey only around the holidays!
But not us, we like to have it often in our diets.

WHAT TO SERVE WITH TURKEY LEGS
Side salad is nice however you can serve them with mashed potatoes, whole potatoes and any vegetable that you like.
CAN YOU ROAST TURKEY LEGS
Of course, if you can Roast a Whole Turkey.
Then you can surely roast some legs, just make sure you cover them with tinfoil though. As this prevents them from drying out!

CAN I AIR FRY TURKEY LEGS?
Yes, you can air fry turkey legs too. This will make then even leaner since the fat will drip away!
Air frying mimics deep fried foods but uses little to no oil.
HOW TO ROAST TURKEY LEGS
- In a large baking pan, add the cleaned off Turkey legs.
- Then place to large garlic heads beside them (whole) and season with salt and pepper.
- Along with fresh rosemary and sage.
- Pour olive oil all over the legs and garlic.
- Cover the baking dish with tin foil and bake at 350 f for 55 minutes.
