This Frozen Popcorn Shrimp in Air Fryer is served with a seafood dipping sauce and is absolutely delicious snack that is ready in less than 15 minutes.

Frozen air fryer popcorn shrimp is super simple to make and is something that I like to make in my house often.

Sometimes I will serve it with sweet chili sauce as well.

WHAT’S POPCORN SHRIMP

It is shrimp that has been battered. With either flour or panko bread crumbs and is then seasoned and baked or deep fried or in this case = air fried.

WHAT IS AIR FRYING

Air frying is a healthy alternative to deep frying food. And most air fryers have been marketed in a way to make you think that this cooking technique is best for those who make a lot of those at home.  

Well I am here to tell you that you do not need to just be a deep fried food lover to want to use this cooking method. RATHER if you love to bake food, then this is also a great alternative. And in most cases is much healthier than traditional baking methods. 

HOW TO FROZEN AIR FRY POPCORN SHRIMP

• You are going to want to start with a bag of frozen popcorn shrimp
• Then simply add them to your air fryer. It does not matter if they pile on top of each other as it will cook all the same.
• Cook for 10 minutes.
• Shake them after ten minutes and place back in the fryer for another 2-4 minutes. 
• And don’t forget to serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

HOW LONG DOES COOKED SHRIMP LAST IN THE FRIDGE

If stored in an air tight container up to 3 days!

CAN DOGS EAT POPCORN SHRIMP

Yes, I tend to share my food with my dogs a lot ( I love them too) and popcorn shrimp is a nice treat in moderation of course for dogs.

• 350 grams frozen popcorn shrimp
• 1/2 cup of seafood sauce

Instructions

1. Empty a bag of frozen popcorn shrimp into your air fryer basket.
2. It does not matter if they pile on top of each other as it will cook all the same.
