HOW GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS

  • In order to make the best grilled chicken you will want to start by Marinating it the night prior or for at least 2 hours prior. 
  • The trick to grilling the best chicken breasts is in the marinade and the length of time that you marinade the chicken.
  • Along with the temperature at which you grill it, you will not want to burn the chicken rather cooking it at a slow medium heat is best. 

HOW LONG TO GRILL CHICKEN BREAST

Till it is no longer pink inside, ideally 9-10 minutes.  Then you will have the most moist and juicy chicken breast ever!

If you follow those tips alone you are sure to prepare the best grilled chicken breasts. Also feel free to use bone in breasts as well, those work for this recipe well also. 

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST GRILLED CHICKEN

  1. Marinate– Overnight or for 6-8 hours. 
  2. Grill– you can grill the chicken inside or outside. I used a stove top grill for mine!

You can serve these chicken breasts alongside a bed of grilled asparagus, salad or some other vegetable of your liking. 

IS GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST HEALTHY 

YES, because you are using no fat to make it. Your just allowing the heat from the grill to cook it!

Come summer I like to get my hands on a basket of fresh peaches and then will make the best “Jalapeno Peach Salsa there really is just nothing like it.

I have yet to find any restaurant that has ever been able to compare with the homemade stuff!

This salsa is amazing and can be enjoyed with nachos and over grilled chicken or pork chops. 

If you have never tried it, I encourage you to give it a go.  

You will just love the way the hints of spice from the Jalapeno peppers along with the sweetness from the fresh peaches merge to create the best salsa ever. 

First you will want to prepare the salsa in advance and store it in the fridge for more than one hour.

This really helps the flavors to set into the peaches and makes for an excellent topping to these chicken breasts.

HOW MACARONI AND CHEESE IS MADE

I like to make my mac and cheese extra special by adding panko breadcrumbs on top along with fresh Parmigiano Reggiano, THIS is the stuff dreams are made of.

To make a very cheesy pasta ~ Boil one Box of Macaroni which is 375 grams typically  =8.82 ounces. To make a lighter less cheesy version, yet still very good pasta ~ Boil 450 grams of Macaroni.

We hope you enjoy it as well! Creamy with the right amount of crunch!

Also want to make two batches? Just double the recipe and use two baking pans. This freezes easily for another day, just let it cool and then seal it in a ziplock bag.

Transfer to a lightly oiled baking dish the day of baking and top with your breadcrumbs and bake.

I tried that recipe too! And that is what had me seek out a way to make this recipe at home for less.

And let me tell you, I am saving a ton of cash doing it this way also.

I know know why the Hawaiian people love there Hibiscus tea so much, this flower is so very special. And full of health benefits!

To make this drink you will want to start by brewing some hibiscus tea, then simply set it aside to cool down and do it’s magic.

Traditionally hibiscus tea is sweetened with agave nectar or honey and though both those options are great. 

However ,today I’m sweetening mine with “white cranberry juice”, which I highly recommend you try.

I absolutely love this tea!

Packed full of Vitamin C hibiscus tea is a smart tea to be sipping on.

Best Cold Coffee Recipe

In need of a cold coffee fix? Then this Best Cold Coffee Recipe is sure to hit the spot! It is like hitting your local coffee shop every morning but in your own kitchen.

This Best Cold Coffee RECIPE saves me tons of money!

Now I don’t know about you guys but I’m a huge coffee addict. And during the Summer months I will switch from my hot brews to my cold. 

Every since the pandemic hit, long are the days, where I pulled up to the drive through to get my fix.

Now don’t get me wrong, I used to be one of those people in those long drive through lineups, saying… “can I order a large iced coffee please! 

So what’s the difference between an iced latte from your favorite coffee shop, vs an iced coffee? Well “latte” in Italian signifies “milk.” So that is the main difference between ordering an iced coffee vs the iced lattes.

Most people prefer the iced latte, for that reason. When I  have guests over I’ll prepare a BIG jug of iced coffee , then allow my guests to either have that or add milk to make it a latte. However when it’s just me, i’ll make this instant kind as its much quicker than brewing a huge pot. So if your in a hurry or just need a iced latte NOW, then you can make it like this too. 

HOW TO MAKE ICED COFFEE FAST?

Use INSTANT COFFEE = THERE IS NO BREWING! 

HOW TO MAKE ICED LATTE WITH INSTANT COFFEE?

  • Just add 1 tbsp of instant coffee mix to a glass of water and mix.
  • Then add 3/4 of ice cubes into your mason jar.
  • Then add your milk/soy/almond milk and fill almost to the top.
  • Finally add in 1 to 2 tbsp of creamier, depending on how sweet you like it and walla your done!

If you want a stronger tasting latte, you can add 1 more tsp of instant coffee or make coffee ice cubes and add them into your latte in replace of regular ice cubes.

To make the Instant Iced Latte

  1. Start by filling your glass up 3/4 of the way with ice cubes
  2. Then fill your 3/4 the way with your coffee/water mixture.
  3. Then add your milk of choice such as (rice, soy, coconut) to fill it nearly to the top
  4. Lastly add in your sweetener, i like to use COFFEE MATE.
  5. Enjoy!

Air Fryer Marinated Beer Chicken

This Air Fryer Marinated Beer Chicken is cooked to perfection and come out juicy because it is pre-marinated the night prior in a zip-lock bag.

I used Chicken thighs, wings and legs for this recipe.

However you can use breasts, wings, legs or just thighs if you prefer.

BEST CHICKEN BEER MARINADE

  • 4 Chicken thighs & legs and 2 wings
  • 1 can of beer
  • 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

If you want more spice you can add black pepper too!

HOW TO AIR FRYER CHICKEN

  1. You want to marinade it the night prior for sure to ensure it is juicy!
  2. Then once it has marinaded place it in your air fryer till golden brown
  3. My air fryer takes 20 minutes to make this dish, check your cooking instructions for chicken as yours may be more or less.
