Green Detox Smoothie

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kale
  • 1/2 cup Apple Juice
  • 4 Celery Sticks
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • 3 Dried Dates
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Add your Kale, Apple Juice, Ginger, Celery, Pineapple pieces, and dates into the blender.
  2. Top with a few ice cubes and blend until smooth and enjoy!
