GROUND BEEF PASTA SAUCE
Is all made in one large pot and can be served over just about any type of pasta!
Now, I do not know about you but for me and my family. We like to make our pasta sauces from scratch as I have found them to not only be cheaper but also way more healthy as you can control the sodium levels and also make enough to freeze for another day.
This pasta sauce recipe has mushrooms also in it, which can be omitted if desired.
Then simple boil up some pasta on the side and serve overtop and mix well.
Sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese and enjoy!
WHAT IS PASTA WITH GROUND BEEF CALLED

GROUND BEEF PASTA SAUCE SLOW COOKER
Yes, you can also cook this in your slow cooker. But i highly recommend browning the hamburger prior then toss in all the ingredients and set it and forget it! Well no longer than 8 hours that is.
IS GROUND BEEF SPAGHETTI HEALTHY
It can be made healthy depending on the ingredients you want to use. To make this super healthy be sure to use lean ground beef, pasta sauce and beef stock with low sodium content or omit the salt.
Now making a homemade pasta sauce is super simple and there are a few different variations. You can cook the beef once browned in red wine or beef stock.
Being I have a toddler in the house, I will use beef stock.
However, traditionally Italians who make the best Bolognese sauce will use red wine and that works just as well for making homemade pasta sauces.
This recipe can also be doubled up of course, then you would have plenty of pre-made frozen sauces to pull from. Making for some very easy yet healthy homemade pastas whenever you’d like.
