This Asian Shrimp Soup is  amazingly delicious and healthy for you.

Asian Shrimp Soup

And will satisfy your craving for a big bowl of soup! Feel free to add wontons or noodles to it if desired.

Your also going to want to use chicken bone broth to make it extra healthy. However if you do not have that on hand, Campbells Chicken Stock will work too.

After all it is your soup, both taste just as good.  But obviously the bone broth is much healthier for you.

Trust me either way it is out of the WORLD GOOD to the last spoonful.

HOW TO MAKE ASIAN SHRIMP SOUP?

This soup utilizes fresh shrimp, kale, asparagus and crispy broccoli. It is simmered in a chicken stock, with soya sauce and a hint of sesame oil.

It is simple and so so so good! If you have the flu or a cold this soup would make an excellent meal.

You can always use spinach instead kale or bok choy if desired!

If you love asian clear broth soups,  you’re going to love this soup!

Asian Shrimp Soup

This recipe is a keeper! You can also spice it up a tad by adding in some red pepper flakes.

Feel free to add some noodles if you want, I prefer it to be a clear stock packed full of vegetables. But you may like it with noodles or rice.

Now, this may seem like an expensive soup to make. But in all honesty, one bowl costs under $5 dollars and that is because this recipe makes a fairly large pot of soup.

Enough to feed 5 or more people, or makes for a few bowls that can be enjoyed over the course of two days.

So if your craving a soup to warm you up, but also want a healthy meal. Then this Asian Shrimp Soup is sure to hit the spot!

If you are planning to enjoy this soup over a couple of days, then your in for a treat. Because the flavors only develop further.
