- 2 package of Enoki Mushrooms
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Buldak Carobonara
- Start by washing then cutting off the bottoms of the enoki mushrooms
- Separate the mushrooms and place flat into a frying pan
- Place 3 tbsp of butter all around and cook over medium heat for 3 mins on each side.
- Once slightly translucent
- Add in as much Buldak Carobonara sauce as you'd like
- Simmer for 5 more mins and serve with chopped scallions.
