WHAT DO SPICY ENOKI MUSHROOMS TASTE LIKE

These mushrooms are made with Buldak sauce which contains according to the bottles ingredients: flavored powder (sugar, whole MILK powder, MILK powder, flavor (chicken), yeast extract, BUTTER powder (MILK), habanero pepper powder, chili pepper powder, basil powder, acidity regulator (E330), black pepper powder, curry powder), water, glucose syrup, SOY sauce (defatted SOY beans

Spicy Buldak Enoki Mushrooms recipe

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 package of Enoki Mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Buldak Carobonara

Instructions

  1. Start by washing then cutting off the bottoms of the enoki mushrooms
  2. Separate the mushrooms and place flat into a frying pan
  3. Place 3 tbsp of butter all around and cook over medium heat for 3 mins on each side.
  4. Once slightly translucent
  5. Add in as much Buldak Carobonara sauce as you'd like
  6. Simmer for 5 more mins and serve with chopped scallions.
