This Creamy Tomato Ravioli Pasta is simmered in a easy to make homemade sauce which has this whole dish coming together in under 30 minutes.

Creamy Tomato Ravioli Pasta

This is such a quick and decant dinner option, that is cooked often in our home. I hope you enjoy!

This recipe is super simple to make and is an easy way to get some vegetables in for those picky toddlers as this pre-made ravioli has spinach already in it. 

Creamy Tomato Ravioli Pasta

Other ingredients you can add to this pasta if desired are as follows:

  • Spinach, peas, zucchini and mushrooms
  • Ground Hamburger or pork, pre-cooked even chicken

I used Oliver Ravioli for this recipe (as seen below) it comes frozen in most grocery stores. 

HOW TO COOK CREAMY TOMATO RAVIOLI PASTA

  • You want to either cook it from frozen or fresh
  • By brining a medium to large pot of water to a boil
  • Add in enough salt or oil so it does not stick and then place the pasta
  • Stir to ensure it does not stick 
  • Simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes till it is cooked and 6 if there is meat in the ravioli
  • Serve with parsley and parmesan cheese if desired

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Olivier Fresh Ricotta & spinach ravioli
  • 2 cups of marinara sauce
  • 1 cup of cottage or ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. You want to either cook the RAVIOLI from frozen or fresh
  2. By brining a medium to large pot of salted water to a boil
  3. Add in enough salt or oil so it does not stick and then place the pasta
  4. Stir to ensure it does not stick 
  5. Simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes till it is cooked and 6 if there is meat in the ravioli
