Ground Turkey with Rice

You can add whatever vegetable you like alongside, I choose green beans today.

This recipe is low fat and very healthy for you.

So if your on a keto diet or just wanting to cut out the extra fat and carbs. Then your sure to enjoy this dish!

Honestly though, you do not need to be on any type of diet to enjoy this. And trust me, you will not be missing out on anything as it is very filling and packed full of flavor. 

Ground Turkey with Rice

Keep in mind, if you add soya sauce and are on a GLUTEN diet. Make sure the soya is gluten free! Besides that follow along with me as I share with you the recipe below.

I do not know about you, but I love stir fries and this recipe is prepared a lot like a stir fry.

Other than the fact we are not mixing all the ingredients together. Which of course you could do at the end if you’d prefer!

Ground Turkey with Rice

Yield: 4
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes


  • 650 grams of Ground Turkey
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp of Poultry seasoning
  • 1 tbsp of Onion powder
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/4 cup of chicken stock
  • 4 tbsp of fresh parsley


  1. In a non stick frying pan heat up 1 tsp of butter along with the ground turkey.
  2. Saute till for 5 minutes, then add in all the seasonings and chicken stock and soya sauce.
  3. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes and serve alongside a bed of rice and your favorite vegetable.
