Vietnamese Salad Dressing (nuoc mam recipe)

Vietnamese Salad Dressing has sweet, sour, spicy and salty notes. It also is so easy to make and is a stable in Thai cuisine.

Which best serves overtop of Vermicelli rice noodles. If your tired of the regular salad dressings and you’re ready to up your salad game, Vietnamese dressing is it.

I used to go out often to Thai restaurants just to have this salad and a big bowl of Pho. However these days I make this salad at home. Because it is so simple to make, unlike Pho.

And is bar none on of my favorite salad dressings.
