This Steak Ramen Noodles recipe is made with Samyang spicy noodles along with sliced steak, green onions and is ready in 15 mixtures time! I like to serve it with lime to cool it down and add additional flavor.

Have you tried Samyang spicy ramen noodles yet? If not I highly recommend they are very good and versatile. They are GREAT on there own even, but making them like this is my all time favorite!

It is simple too, simply use steak and green onions and you have a meal! That is ready in no time at all!

You can also add other ingredients to this such as

  • Spinach or any leafy green
  • Eggs
  • Kimchi

Steak Ramen Noodles recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package of samyang noodles
  • 2 ounces of steak, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1/2 lime

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the steak then add 1 tbsp of sesame oil to a frying pan and saute till browned, remove and set aside
  2. Meanwhile, add 2 cups of water to the same frying pan and bring to a boil
  3. Add in the ramen noodles and cook till al dente
  4. Strain out the water and add in the seasoning packages
  5. Then 1 tbsp of sesame oil and toss back in the steak and sliced green onions
  6. Serve with a lime
