This Spicy Buldak Ramen Noodles recipe is out of this world delicious and is ready in less than 15 minutes. It is made with Korean instant noodles, sliced pork (Kielbasa), soft boiled gg, kimchi, enoki mushrooms and green onions.

buldak stew type recipe

I found this recipe from Instagram, it is a very popular recipe in Korea. Some people even add cheese to it! Which is very good and I will be sharing that recipe soon too.

If you want more liquid in this stew, simply add more water and mix in some powdered chicken stock or even some Gochujang which is a Korean paste made with peppers!

I used pre-cooked pork also known as Kielbasa to this stew. You can use just about any pre-cooked meat or even shrimp if desired!

Oh and don’t forget a good Kimchi, which only enhances it and spices it up even more.

What are Spicy Buldak Ramen Noodles

It is an Instant Noodle brand that is sold in a variety of spice levels, my favorite is there stew type as seen used in this recipe and below. It comes with 2 packages of seasonings and one is a liquid seasoning that is spicy, you can experiment with the level of heat you’d prefer. I always use the whole package. If you want it to be less spicy, simply use less of the package and add some [powdered chicken stock] instead.

These noodles can be found in most Korean or Asian grocery stores.
