HOW TO PREPARE ENOKI MUSHROOMS
- Start by cutting off the ends of your mushrooms, removing all the brown ends
- Then rinse the mushrooms throughout and strain out excess water
- In a large skillet add in your butter, once melted
- Sauté the sliced garlic then remove
- Add in the mushrooms and sauté on each side for 10 mins or till browned to your liking
- Serve with the sauté garlic and scallions on-top
The longer you sauté the mushrooms the crispier they will be.

- 3 garlic, sliced
- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
