This Easy Enoki Mushroom Recipe is fried in a hot butter that has been infused with fresh garlic and seasoned with salt.

  • Start by cutting off the ends of your mushrooms, removing all the brown ends
  • Then rinse the mushrooms throughout and strain out excess water
  • In a large skillet add in your butter, once melted 
  • Sauté the sliced garlic then remove
  • Add in the mushrooms and sauté on each side for 10 mins or till browned to your liking
  • Serve with the sauté garlic and scallions on-top

The longer you sauté the mushrooms the crispier they will be.

  • 3 garlic, sliced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting off the ends of your mushrooms, removing all the brown ends
  2. Then rinse the mushrooms throughout and strain out excess water
  3. In a large skillet add in your butter, once melted 
  4. Sauté the sliced garlic then remove
  5. Add in the mushrooms and sauté on each side for 7 to 8 mins or till browned to your liking
  6. Serve with the sauté garlic and scallions on-top
