11 Buldak Ramen Flavors
There are 11 flavors, I have yet to try them all. But the ones I have tried, I’ve loved and have created a few recipes from as seen below in which you can try! I plan to try the others and add to my recipe collection for my readers in the coming months.
I will list my favorite flavor first with a link to that recipe, and so on.
WHERE TO BUY BULDAK RAMEN
You can find a few flavors at Walmart or your local grocery store these days! Some other flavors are harder to find, but you can find them if you go to your local Asian grocery store which typically has the largest selection. Periodically, Samyang company will release new flavors and Walmart typically will have them then, then take them away to tease us. There also is different heat levels to each flavor, so it is best to experiment with them all to find the ones you like most. You can even use just half the package of spice / sauce and cook it according to your personal preference.
HOW TO MAKE BULDAK RAMEN LESS SPICY
Use less of the red package that comes with all of the flavors, adjust that according to taste.

BULDAK STEW TYPE RAMEN (Flavor)
The STEW TYPE is my favorite flavor, and I like to make this ramen several ways. I will link one way below! Feel free to search my site for a few other ways to make this flavor. I think Samyang was going with a Korean hot pot idea with this one. It is delicious and very versatile as you can make it more or less soupy and add just about anything to it even cheese!

Reminds me of a spicy mac and cheese, serve with an egg makes it a meal! I think Samyang was going for an American Mac and cheese flavor with this one.

This Buldak ramen pink is an Italian take and I love this recipe, sometimes I will omit the bacon or add side bacon depending on what I have.

This is a lot like the above recipe, without the bacon and mozzarella cheese. Also, it is less spicy than the above carbonara for reference.
