These Pork Ramen Noodles recipe starts in the crockpot where the rich pork broth is made. I like to use Jin ramen noodles for the soup along with green onions and will omit the seasoning that comes with the ramen since the stock is packed full of tonkotsu ramen flavors.

Pork Ramen Noodles recipe

Once the process of preparing the broth in the slow cooker is complete, the whole bowl of soup comes together in less than 15 minutes!

Such a easy and delicious recipe that you will want to make time and time again!

This recipe is also very versatile, you can add just about any vegetable to it as well,

Such as, corn, green leafy veggies etc.

YOU want to find a large piece of pork that has the bone in, this is what gives the flavor. Along with some fat, which will be skimped off after before serving.

If you have never made a homemade pork ramen broth before then I highly recommend you do! It saves a ton of cash then if you choose to order from a ramen restaurants as well.

PORK RAMEN BROTH

This is how I make my pork ramen broth for ramen soup! You can add bonito flakes if you have to the cooking of the stock process to add a bit of a more traditional flavor. I will leave that up to you! Just make sure you strain it out along with all the ingredients once your pork broth is cooked.

  1. Place a large piece of pork with the bone in- into a crock pot! Season with all the seasonings as seen in the recipe card below and add a little bit of sesame oil and water.
  2. Slow cook, ideally overnight or at a minimum 8 hours.
  3. Shred the pork and save all the liquid. You can freeze the liquid or place it in the fridge for use the next day if desired.
  4. Be sure to remove all the fat that has raised to the top, otherwise it will be to fatty for the soup.

Once you have the broth the rest is easy
