This Chinese Beef Stir fry recipe has all the same flavors that you would find in a dish ordered from your local Asian restaurant! 

Chinese Beef Stir fry recipe

This Chinese Beef Stir Fry is a simple stir fry that can also be made with chicken in replace of beef.

It is better though as you can add as much vegetables as you like and meat for a fraction of the cost!

HOW TO MAKE CHINESE STIR FRY 

  • Sliced Beef
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Broccoli 
  • Celery 
  • Red Pepper 
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

CHINESE STIR FRY SAUCE RECIPE

3/4 beef stock
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water
1 tsp pepper
pinch ginger powder

Mix all together and sauté the vegetables alone in it

If you are making the beef one be sure to use beef stock and if your using chicken, you get the idea!

I like also how versatile this dish is you can add more of a veggie that you like than another, or even just use broccoli if you desire.

Chinese Beef Stir fry recipe

Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces of beef, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 2 celery, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic, minced
  • Chinese sauce
  • 3/4 beef stock
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • pinch ginger powder

Instructions

    • Start by marinating the sliced beef in corn starch and water for 15 mins you do not want it to be mushy
    • Then in a large frying pan add sesame oil and the beef and sauté till cooked. Remove the beef and set aside, then mix all the Chinese sauce ingredients together.
    • And pour into the pan along with all the vegetables and 3/4 water and cook till the vegetables are cooked yet crunchy!
    • Toss back in the beef and combine to serve!
