Warm Veggie Quinoa Salad

HOW TO MAKE A WARM VEGGIE QUINOA SALAD

  • Start by rinsing off the Swiss Chard Then in a large sauce pan melt the butter and olive oil
  • And sauté over medium heat the Swiss chard till wilted and soft Remove and cover to keep warm and set aside
  • In the same sauce pan add in the chicken stock and soya sauce and then raw quinoa
  • Simmer over medium – low heat for roughly 10-15 minutes or until the stock has fully absorbed and the quinoa is soft
  • Place the quinoa and warm Swiss chard over top along with chopped cilantro and sliced tomatoes. Enjoy!

Easy Warm Quinoa Salad

Warm Veggie Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Quinoa
  • 3 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 bunch of Swiss chard
  • 3 cups sliced, baby tomatoes
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
