HOW TO COOK VERMICELLI RICE NOODLES
- Vermicelli rice noodles are super easy to cook and take less than 5 minutes at that.
- Start by bringing a pot of water to a boil
- Drop the Vermicelli in the water, making sure it is submerged fully
- Turn the heat down to medium heat and simmer turning a few times for 5-7 minutes
- Strain and set aside
- Then in a the same pot add in the chili sauce, sesame oil, soya sauce, seasonings and fresh spinach
- Cook till the spinach is wilted and then add in the cooked vermicelli
- Toss to coat and serve with fresh limes.
VERMICELLI RICE NOODLES VEGAN
This recipe is 100% vegan however you can add any meat protein or even tofu to this dish.

- 325 grams of Vermicelli noodles
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 5 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp chili oil
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lime
