The Ultimate Canadian West Coast Seafood Foil Pack

Step 1: Prepare The Potatoes

Bring a pot of water to a boil.

Cook potatoes for 8 minutes until slightly tender.

Drain and set aside.

This helps ensure everything cooks evenly in the foil packs.

In a small bowl combine:

  • dill
