This recipe is part of our Great Canadian Series

The Ultimate Canadian Poutine Burger

But here at Canadian Cooking Adventures, I wanted to take things even further.

So I created what might just be the most over-the-top Canadian burger ever made…

Introducing The Ultimate Canadian Poutine Burger — a juicy flame-seared burger stacked with crispy fries, authentic cheese curds, rich homemade gravy, and all the bold comfort food flavors Canadians know and love.

This isn’t your average backyard burger. This burger is messy in the best possible way. Every bite is loaded with melty cheese curds, savory gravy dripping down the sides, crispy golden fries, and a perfectly seasoned beef patty tucked inside a buttery toasted brioche bun.

It’s rich. It’s cheesy. It’s comforting. And honestly? It feels like the ultimate Canadian summer BBQ burger.

The combination of crispy fries and hot gravy melting into the cheese curds creates that authentic poutine flavor while still delivering everything you want from a juicy homemade burger. It’s the kind of burger that turns heads the moment it hits the table.
