How To Make The Ultimate Canadian Campfire Sausage & Perogy Foil Pack

Step 1: Prepare The Foil

Tear four large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Lightly spray with cooking spray or brush with oil.


Step 2: Make The Garlic Butter

In a small bowl combine:

  • melted butter
  • garlic
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • smoked paprika

Mix well.


Step 3: Assemble The Foil Packs

Divide evenly between each foil packet:

  • sliced sausage
  • peppers
  • onions
