How To Make The Ultimate Alberta Beef & Perogy Foil Pack

Step 1: Prepare The Potatoes

Bring a pot of water to a boil.

Cook potatoes for 8 minutes until slightly tender.

Drain and set aside.


Step 2: Cook The Perogies

Cook the mini cheddar perogies according to package directions.

Drain well.

For extra flavour, lightly pan-fry them in a little butter until golden brown.

Set aside.

Lay out four large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Divide evenly:

  • potatoes
  • perogies
  • onions

Drizzle with melted butter.

  • garlic powder
  • onion powder

Step 4: Seal The Foil

Fold the foil tightly around the ingredients.

Seal all edges well.
