Simple Steak Ramen Noodles recipe

If you follow this blog, you know that i love ramen noodles as I share allot of easy ramen recipes here. This is just my recent creation!

It is made with instant ramen noodles yes, where I halved the seasoning package that came with it (to reduce the sodium) and marinated some skirt steak the day prior which I incorporated into the recipe.

I love this recipe, because it is inexpensive yet satisfying!

You can serve this to 2 or 3 people also, just double the ingredients and use a large pot to make the noodles.

WHAT OTHER INGERDIANTS GO WITH STEAK RAMEN NOODLES

  • Any vegetables such as, green peas, bok choy, carrots, green onions
  • Kimchi
  • Sliced chicken, pork, shrimp

HOW TO MAKE STEAK RAMEN NOODLES RECIPE

  • Marinade strips of skirt steak in the fridge prior to making
  • Cook up the ramen along with the broccoli, strain and set aside
  • In a frying pan add some sesame oil and sautĂ© the marinated meat till browned
  • Serve overtop the cooked ramen and broccoli
  • Enjoy!

Simple Steak Ramen Noodles recipe

Total Time: 15 minutes

You can add any vegetable to this ramen really!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of your favorite instant ramen noodles
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • STEAK MARINADE
  • 3 oz skirt steak or sirloin
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp red chili oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Marinade strips of skirt steak in the fridge prior to making for a min of 30 mins in all the marinade ingredients
  2. Cook up the ramen along with the broccoli, strain and set aside
  3. In a frying pan add some sesame oil and sauté the marinated meat till browned
  4. Serve overtop the cooked ramen and broccoli
  5. Enjoy!
