Simple Garlic Alfredo Pasta Recipe

What I love about this Simple Alfredo Pasta Recipe is that it is ready in no time as it uses a pre-made Alfredo sauce that I highly recommend and love.
You can also use some pre-cooked shredded chicken breast meat if you want it ready even quicker or sauté the chicken breasts on the side while cooking the pasta in your pot. Once those two elements are done, the rest of this dish comes together easily.
My favorite Alfredo sauce and the one I use for this dish can be seen below! It is packed full of roasted garlic and cheese and tastes super authentic.
You can also add broccoli to this instead of spinach if desired.

How to make Simple Garlic Alfredo Pasta Recipe
- In a large pot bring some water to a boil and cook the penne pasta till al dente, strain and run cold water through the strainer to stop the pasta from cooking then strain again and set aside
- In the same pot add the butter and sauté the garlic and onions then set aside once transparent
- Toss back in the pasta, cooked shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, spinach and parsley
- Simmer on low – medium heat till fully heated
- Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 250 grams penne pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, shredded
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 bottle of garlic Alfredo sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 tbsp parsley
