If you have not and I hope you now do. Because, I am telling you it is delicious and super easy to make. Double this recipe and you can serve 2

Since udon noodles typically take less than 5 minutes to cook from either frozen or packaged this dish comes together in no time at all and can be served just like pasta.

Seafood Udon Noodles recipe

Everyone knows that Lobster and Shrimp goes well with alfredo sauce and it is typically served over a pasta of some kind. Like linguine or fettuccini, but udon noodles also are a great alternative.

WHAT IS SEAFOOD UDON

Seafood Udon is a mixture of Italian cuisine such as the Alfredo sauce and seafood and the Udon noodles are of Japanese’s origin which also utilizes seafood in there cooking.

HOW TO MAKE SEAFOOD UDON NOODLES

  • Start by adding water to a small pot and bring to a boil
  • Add in the udon noodles, along with your butterflied lobster tail and shrimp
  • Turn down to a medium heat and simmer Cook till the seafood is pink and red (roughly 4 minutes) Strain the noodles and seafood and set aside
  • In the same pot add the butter and minced garlic
  • Sauté till fragrant then pour in the Alfredo sauce Season with parsley and pepper
  • Toss in the noodles and seafood
  • Serve topped with dried onion flakes
  • Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of udon noodles
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 large shrimp
  • 1 lobster tail
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp onion flakes

Instructions

  1. Start by adding water to a small pot and bring to a boil
  2. Add in the udon noodles, along with your butterflied lobster tail and shrimp
  3. Turn down to a medium heat and simmer
  4. Cook till the seafood is pink and red (roughly 4 minutes)
  5. Strain the noodles and seafood and set aside
