It truly is a dump and go recipe that can be prepared on your stove-top or in your Slow Cooker

HOW TO MAKE Italian Sausage Potato Casserole

  • First your going to want to slice your onion into bite sized pieces, along with your carrots and potatoes.
  • Then you can either use frozen or fresh Brussel sprouts, I recommend the smaller variety however you can defiantly cut them in half to match the other veggies.
  • And place everything sausage included into a large Dutch oven along with 1 can of cream of chicken soup and a 1/2 cup of milk
  • Sauté on the stove-top covered for one hour till the veggies are fork tender

Ingredients

  • 2 Italian sausages
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 potato diced
  • 1 carrot diced

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pepper to taste
