Russian Meat Dumplings

These Russian Meat Dumplings are filled with beef and have an Italian twist as they are also sautéed in creamy parmesan tomato sauce that your sure to enjoy.

WHAT IS IN THIS RECIPE

  • Frozen Beef Pelmeni
  • Passata tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
  • Pinch pepper and salt

Pelmeni is a Russia dish and reminds me allot of Tortellini however it is more juicy inside. If you have never tried Pelmeni your in for a good surprise because is delicious! 

This is a toddler friendly recipe also, my son eats this up every time!

Pelmeni How to Cook

  • You want to start by bringing a large pot of oiled water to light boil
  • Add in the beef pelmeni and cook it stirring often anywhere from 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, sauté passata sauce with some butter and seasonings.
  • Strain the pelmeni from the water and toss into the pan with the sauce and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Add 1 tbsp of butter and parmesan cheese.
  • Toss to coat and serve!

  • 870 grams of Frozen Beef Pelmeni
  • 2 cups Passata tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
  • Pinch pepper and salt

Instructions

  1. You want to start by bringing a large pot of oiled water to light boil
