Instructions

Step 1: Prepare The Crust

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake for 8 minutes.

Allow to cool completely.

Step 2: Make The Cheesecake Filling

Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add sugar and mix until creamy.

Beat in eggs one at a time.

Mix in vanilla and sour cream.

Pour into the prepared crust.

Step 3: Bake

Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until the center is almost set.

Turn off the oven and crack the door slightly.
