Nashville Hot Chicken Meatloaf

This recipe is bold, spicy, buttery, and completely unforgettable. It’s the perfect twist on classic meatloaf and feels like something straight off a trendy restaurant menu while still being easy enough for a weeknight dinner.

The spicy glaze caramelizes beautifully in the oven while the inside stays juicy and tender. Then it’s finished with hot honey, ranch drizzle, pickles, and crispy topping for the ultimate Nashville-inspired comfort meal.

How To Nashville Hot Chicken Meatloaf

Step 1: Prepare the Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, crushed crackers, eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, chili powder, salt, pepper, and pickle juice.

Mix gently until combined.


Step 2: Shape the Meatloaf

Transfer the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking tray or loaf pan.

Shape into a large loaf.


Step 3: Make the Nashville Hot Glaze

In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, hot sauce, and honey.

Brush half of the glaze over the meatloaf.


Step 4: Bake

Bake uncovered for 45–55 minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown.

Brush with remaining glaze halfway through baking.


Step 5: Add Toppings

Top with crispy fried onions, ranch drizzle, hot honey, chopped parsley, and pickle slices before serving.
