Meat (Pot Pie) recipe

This Meat Pot Pie recipe is made similar to a traditional French Canadian Tourtière Meat Pie. Which is made with two ground meats, that of beef and pork. Yet this pie has no bottom crust or potatoes in it. Making for a much easier meal for some or those who are in a hurry to get dinner on the table.

Tourtiere Meat Pot Pie

WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS RECIPE

If you love a traditional French Canadian Meat pie but do not want to take the time to make the crust or cook some potatoes. Then this recipe is a sure winner as it taste the same as a Tourtière however it is made with a instant puff pastry instead of pie crust from scratch. Then that puff pastry is rolled over the top of the meat mixture prior to cooking.

And the filling is the same as a traditional Tourtière Meat (Pot Pie) which has beef and pork meat mixture inside along with those savory spices – the mashed potatoes.
