Lemon Salmon Orzo Pasta
This easy one pan Lemon Salmon Orzo pasta is really satisfying meal and is super easy to make as everything is made in one pan. A delicious meal that can be made in under 30 minutes.
My Lemon Salmon Orzo Pasta can easily serve four people if you choose to dice up the cooked salmon and mix it into the orzo pasta. Or if you prefer you can serve the cooked salmon onto of the orzo and serve 2 or 4 people.
To pull this dish together, we will start by cooking the orzo in a medium saucepan to tenderize it once the salmon and onions have been cooked.
Then adding some chopped spinach, cream, fresh parmesan near the end. Oh and you cannot forget the fresh lemon juice to serve. That really brings this dish to life and adds a depth of flavor to all the orzo.
Once the orzo is fully cooked, you will remove it and set aside. To finish pan sear each salmon fillet in a little olive oil and some seasonings before serving!
