- In a large bowl add your chicken breasts along with olive oil and season with minced garlic, lemon juice and all seasonings
- Mix to combine then add in the chicken stock and mix again
- Place into a large baking dish, do not crowd the chicken if you want it crispy.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 for 50 minutes

- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon peel, shredded for taste
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion flakes
