HOW TO MAKE BULDAK RAMEN LESS SPICY
Each Samyang Buldak ramen comes with a spicy sauce specifically for the noodles. The packaging is the same, red. Use as much or little of this packaging as you desire. It contains the heat your wanting or not for the noodles. The picture below is for the cream carbonara buldak ramen however, just change the name to cheese and the packaging is the same.
WHAT IS IN BULDAK CHEESE RAMEN
It is an Instant Noodle flavor that comes from Samyang Buldak noodle company from Korea. It can be found now worldwide, even Walmart sells it.

Korean Lobster Ramen Noodles recipe
Ingredients
- 1 package of Samyang Cheese Ramen
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 Lobster tail
- 1 tsp chives
Instructions
- Start by brining 2 cups of water to a boil
- Add in the ramen
- Turn the heat down to medium and cook till ramen noodles till soft
- Remove most of the water saving some to your liking
- Add in the cheese package and mix thoroughly serve
- Meanwhile, butterfly your lobster tail and sauté meat side down in butter for 4 minutes or until the meat is cooked
- Place on top of your ramen to serve with sliced chives
- Enjoy!
