Hot Lobster Dip recipe

This Hot Lobster Dip recipe is cheesy and easy to make. It’s a great dip to serve to a large crowd think Christmas, Thanksgiving or Game day! Best served with bread or crackers and eaten the day of when it’s cheesy and warm.

Your probably familiar with HOT CRAB DIP! But if you have never tried HOT LOBSTER DIP then you are in for a tasty dip with this one too.

To make this dip quick and easy, I highly recommending buy your Lobster frozen from the can. You can find this in almost every seafood section as seen below!

Allow it to defrost then squeeze out any excess water and wulla you have a lot of fresh lobster meat ready in no time. With out all the hassle of cooking and deshelling a lobster.

You can use fresh lobster too for this recipe if desired.

WHAT TYPE OF CHEESE FOR LOBSTER DIP

You can use cheddar or rather anything on hand! I like to use Gruyere cheese most as it has a depth of flavors. I would only say, stay clear of cheese like Mozzarella or Swiss.
