HOW TO COOK QUIONA BREAKFAST
  • Making a Quinoa Breakfast is super simple as we are baking everything together in one dish!
  • In a large bowl add the eggs and all the seasonings and beat the eggs
  • Toss in 1 cup of shredded cheese, cottage cheese and milk
  • Combine all together
  • Toss in the chopped broccoli and quinoa to combine Spray a baking dish with spam oilPour mixture into the dish
  • Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and drizzle some melted butter overtop
  • Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes or until you can poke the dish with a toothpick in the middle and it comes clean
  • Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups quinoa
  • 1 tbsp spam oil spray
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned fine crushed breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups finely chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned fine crushed breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • SEASONINGS
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add the eggs and all the seasonings and beat the eggs
