HOW TO MAKE HIGH PROTIEN COTTAGE CHEESE SAUCE

Step 1: Blend the Sauce

Add the cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, and milk to a blender.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
