How To Make High Protein Chicken Salad

  • Start by brining a pot of water to a boil, turn down to medium heat and place an uncooked chicken breast in the water.
  • Allow the chicken breasts to poach and cook thoroughly roughly 20 minutes before removing from the water
  • Shred with two forks on cutting board and set the meat aside
  • Meanwhile, chop the celery very finely
  • Then in a small mixing bowl add the Greek Yogurt, Ranch dressing and all your seasonings and mix to combine
  • Toss in the cooled down shredded chicken and mix to combine
  • Store in an air tight container in the fridge till chilled and serve with crisp fresh lettuce or enjoy as is.

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 2 celery, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
