My healthy ham salad spread is best served with crackers or in a bed of lettuce if your looking for a more keto snack option.

Also, would make for a good dip to serve a larger crowd if desired. Think Christmas, Thanksgiving etc. And serve along with your favorite crackers to dip!

I like to make this up often and will store it in the fridge for quick snacking. Even the kids like it as what kid does not like pickles 🙂

When I am making it just for myself, I will add more mustard as I like the extra tang. However, you can add more mayo or mustard according to your households presences.

It is minced pork that is soft not firm and works very well when making a HAM SALAD SPREAD

  • Start by removing the ham from the can and place into a large bowl
  • Add in all your diced ingredients seasonings
  • Mash with a fork and blend to create a spread
  • Serve with crackers or over a bed of lettuce and enjoy snacking away!

What i like most about this recipe is that it’s packed full of protein and is filling enough to serve as a low carb meal if your wanting that type of dish.

It also makes for a great picknick snack or simply something you can prepare the day prior as it stores in the fridge up to 3 days in a air tight container well.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of canned ham (low sodium)
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 2 dill pickles, diced
  • 1 scallion or 1/2 white onion diced
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by removing the ham from the can and place into a large bowl
