You can serve these Easy Marinated – Baked Pork Tenderloin with just about any side. Such as mashed potatoes or even a cold potato salad.

My family requests this recipe often. As it is everyone’s favorite way to have pork tenderloin in our home. Not only is it easy to make it is something everyone will be craving!

HOW LONG TO BAKE PORK TENDERLION

  • You will want to pre-heat your oven to 400F and bake anywhere from 20 minutes
  • Or bake at 375F for 30 minutes

HOW LONG TO GRILL PORK TENDERLION

You can also grill them if desired in your oven, simply set your grill to 350 F degrees and you will have your pork tenderloin medallions cooked in 12 – 15 minutes. 

BEST PORK TENDERLOIN MARINADE

So what is in the best marinade for pork tenderloin? It consist of sweet, savory, sticky and spicy elements.

  • That which are comprised of Worcestershire sauce, Brown Sugar, Soya Sauce, Garlic Powder, Dry Mustard Powder, Chili Power, Ketchup and Pepper.

I like to serve these Easy – Baked Marinated Pork Tenderloin with a side of mashed potatoes and a leafy green vegetable. 

Most likely, you will be looking for a side dish to serve alongside these medallions as well.

HOW TO BAKE PORK TENDERLION

  • First, your going to want to take a pork tenderloin and slice it into 1 inch thick medallions. 
  • Then, place those medallions in a container or plastic zip lock bag and marinade them in all the seasonings and spices for a minimum of 1 hour. 
  • Once they have marinated, simply add them to a baking dish
  • Pre-heat the oven to 400f and allow them to bake anywhere from 20-30 minutes till golden brown.
  • Note: Before serving make sure the internal temperature reaches 145 °F before consuming. 
  • Serve over rice or mashed potatoes and a veggie of your liking.

HOW TO GRILL PORK TENDERLOIN MEDALLIONS

  • First, your going to want to take a pork tenderloin and slice it into 1 inch thick medallions. 
  • Then, place those medallions in a container or plastic zip lock bag and marinade them in all the seasonings and spices for a minimum of 1 hour. 
  • Then in a non stick skillet, preferably a cast iron one. You will want to grill them till lightly browned. Feel free to grill them on an outside grill if desired.
  • Remove the medallions from the sauce (save the sauce)
  • And sear the medallions on each side till lightly browned.
  • Then add in the sauce to a non stick cast iron skillet and sauté till well done. 
  • Note: Before serving make sure the internal temperature reaches 145 °F before consuming. 
  • Serve over rice or mashed potatoes and a veggie of your liking.

HOW TO SLOW COOK PORK TENDERLOIN

You can also place the Pork Tenderloin into the slow cooker and let it cook in the sauce that way for 8 hours. Then remove and slice, placing back in the slow cooker to brown on either side on the sauté setting.

The trick to cooking the best bbq pork tenderloin is to ensure you are browning the meat once it has been marinated then adding back in the marinade to finish the recipe off.

The second trick is to season the bqq pork tenderloin medallions generously on both sides with salt and pepper prior to browning.

If you follow those two tips alone you are sure to prepare the best bbq pork tenderloin.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pork Tenderloin, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp dry Mustard Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Power
  • 1 tsp Pepper
