  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • For The Caesar Salad Topping
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup shaved parmesan cheese
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • For The Hot Honey
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp hot sauce
  • For Assembly
  • 4 brioche buns
  • Butter for toasting buns
  • Extra parmesan for garnish

Instructions

    Step 1: Marinate the chicken

    In a bowl combine the buttermilk and hot sauce. Add the chicken and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.

    Step 2: Prepare the breading

    In a shallow bowl mix:

  • flour
  • panko breadcrumbs
  • paprika
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • salt
  • pepper
    Coat each chicken piece well in the breading mixture.
