Serve this Crispy Healthy Pan Fried Chicken over a fresh salad for a healthy keto meal!

Whenever, I am craving a quick and healthy meal this is one of my go to recipes. If your looking for an clean yet filling meal option this will do the trick.

You can of course serve alongside potatoes and some other vegetables if you prefer that to a salad. I just love it served over a fresh spinach salad though and tend to do that often when making this type of chicken recipe.

WHAT IS THE HEALTHLY COOKING OIL

You want a oil that has a high – smoke point and in this case that would not be olive oil but avocado oil

Cook the chicken in avocado oil allows for a healthy chicken breast that is low in calories and high in protein, simply season the breasts prior to cooking and wulla you just found a super easy way to serve chicken.

How to make a Crispy Healthy Pan Fried Chicken

  • Start with making the breading for the chicken
  • Slice the chicken to create four thinner pieces
  • Sauté over medium heat in coconut oil

Crispy Healthy Pan Fried Chicken

Yield: 4
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced in fours
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • CRISPY BREADING
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup of Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the Chicken breasts in half and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place all the Crispy Seasonings into one boil mix to combine
  3. Toss the chicken pieces so that they are completely covered in the mixture
  4. Add 4 tbsp of coconut oil to the pan to melt
  5. Fry the chicken over medium heat on both sides till browned and crispy
  6. Enjoy!
