Creamy Lobster Rosé Pasta Bake

This recipe was inspired by those rich, creamy seafood pasta dishes you order at a beautiful restaurant and instantly wish you could recreate at home. Except this version is easier, cheesier, cozier, and perfect for sharing with the people you love most.

The creamy rosé sauce wraps around every bite of pasta while tender lobster adds that luxurious seafood flavor that makes this dish feel celebration-worthy. Then it’s finished with melty mozzarella and parmesan cheese before being baked until bubbly and golden.

And let me just say… the smell coming from the oven while this bakes is unreal.

The Secret To The Best Lobster Rosé Pasta Bake

The key is balancing the tomato sauce with heavy cream to create that perfect creamy rosé texture without overpowering the lobster.

I also recommend gently folding the lobster into the sauce at the end so it stays tender and buttery instead of overcooking.

And of course… extra cheese on top never hurts.
