CREAMY LEMON GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP DISH
This Creamy Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Dish is made with heavy cream, chicken stock, garlic, parmesan cheese and lemons. If your looking for a simple recipe that is good on it’s own or served over your favorite pasta this is defiantly it.
My creamy lemon garlic butter shrimp dish is best served over a bed of cooked pasta of your liking or even rice will work. It’s a family favorite and defiantly worth making often if you love shrimp dishes.
WHAT TO SERVE WITH CREAMY LEMON GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP
You can serve this over a bed of pasta or with crusty bread for dipping or even over rice. This dish also serves well alongside a vegetable of your liking!
IS SHRIMP HEALTHY?
Yes, shrimp is healthy as long as it has been caught in the wild verses farm raised. It also is low in calories and provides plenty of protein and is rich in essential nutrients like vitamin B12, selenium, and omega-3 fatty acids.
HOW TO MAKE CREAMY LEMON GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP DISH
- You can use just about any type of shrimp for this recipe. Small, medium or large just make sure it is raw shrimp vs cooked.
- Then in a large skillet, add your butter shallots and minced garlic
- Sauté for a few minutes over medium heat till translucent and fragrant
- Toss in the shrimp at this point and sauté on all sides till near cooked but not fully
- Add in the chicken stock, Italian seasonings, lemon pepper and reduce the heat to low
- Simmer on low for a few minutes before adding in the cream, simmer on low till hot
- Then turn off the heat and squeeze in the juice from half a lemon
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- 1 pound of raw, unpeeled shrimp
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves, minced garlic
- 2 shallots, diced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 lemon squeeze into the sauce
