I made this for the first time actually last week. I have made this exact recipe with salmon many times and figured chicken would be amazing and it was! I will be sharing my salmon recipe soon here as well.
If you ask me, they both are a 10 out of 10.
What makes it creamy is the chicken stock and cream that is infused with Italian seasonings and lemon juice.
If you want it less cream heavy, you can add more chicken stock vs cream. Totally up to you and your taste preferences.
What is Orzo
It is a very small Italian pasta that can be cooked in little to no time at all. Most orzo pasta can be ready from start to finish in 8 minutes!

This Creamy Chicken Lemon Orzo dish has now become a family favorite in our household.
This dish can be made lighter if you prefer to use whole milk vs cream.
Also, you can use as much parmesan cheese as you’d like. The way I made it made it less cream heavy and more chicken infused.
